The castle hotel is located in the heart of East Tyrol and is an insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet and romantics.
The 4* residence with foundation walls dating back to the 6th century has been one of the most traditional inns in Tyrol since 1399.
Strasserwirt opening hours
OUR STRASSERWIRT IS OPEN AS FOLLOWS:
- Open for the summer season from 9 May 2024 to 20 October 2024.
Open for the winter season from 6 December 2024 until the end of March/beginning of April 2025.
Restaurant opening hours

- Our restaurant is open for you every evening from 6.30 pm to 9 pm.

- Small lunch menu from 1 to 5 pm.
Down payment/settlement
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY AT THE RESIDENCE:
- To guarantee your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. We recommend settling the hotel bill on the evening before departure, but also daily from 7.30 am.
Payments on account are possible at any time. We accept VISA and Mastercard, but prefer payments in cash or by EC card (pin code). - You can also transfer your accommodation bill to our account:

Cancellations

- Please inform us as early as possible. We try to be accommodating - however, if the room remains free due to your last-minute change, we are unfortunately forced to charge the following cancellation costs:
from 14 - 8 days before arrival 40% / from 7 - 2 days before arrival 80% / in case of no-show or early departure 100%. - P.S.: We are liable for the proper fulfilment of the agreed services in accordance with Austrian hotel regulations!
