We two sisters have been running the Strasserwirt together for 15 years, side by side, with great respect and appreciation for each other. Together we provide a young spirit in an old guise.

The Strasser-wirt breakfast is very close to the hearts of this long-standing breakfast dream team! Together they conjure up most of the home-made delicacies that they serve at breakfast. Edith will soon be celebrating 20 years!

Apprentice catering specialist
Leonie from the beautiful Villgratental valley is a picture-book apprentice 🙂 Cheerful & always in a good mood, she is currently learning in the kitchen team - with a lot of talent and flair.

Kathrin

With us since the beginning - 15 years! - our dear Kathrin is known to all Strasserwirt regulars and after her parental leave she is back in our reception team!

As an experienced restaurant specialist, she enriches our service team on three days of the week. Always a smile on her face, even under stress ... We are delighted to have had
you on our team for over a year!

She has remained loyal to the Strasserwirt since her apprenticeship over 45 years ago. The lyrical garden is her second home and her great passion for nature can be felt everywhere. Her fantastic garden tours are very popular! She still helps out in the service team too!

After completing her cookery apprenticeship at the Strasserwirt, Natascha moved out into the world. From Munich via Vienna, she has been back with us at the Strasserwirt since this summer! She brings a lot of experience with her, especially for our patisserie!

Petra

Her Strasserwirt story began during an internship in our kitchen ... years later and with a wealth of experience, she returned and has been managing our hotel reception with great dedication for over 7 years. Her friendly manner is popular with everyone!

Our barista from southern Italy has been part of the team for many years and is now one of a kind - a true Italian charmer who will be happy to welcome you at our hotel bar and most evenings in the Stube1399!

... for years our dream team with a good mood guarantee! The 3 Strassnerinnen ensure cleanliness and a breath of fresh air in the old walls. We wash our own laundry in the hotel - this is important to us, also for the sake of the environment.

She has been a member of our service team for over 10 years and is mainly responsible for looking after guests at breakfast and dinner in the Ambrosiusstube during the high season.
