The morning begins with a hearty breakfast.
In the afternoon, homemade cakes from the Strasserwirt patisserie await you, along with a warm soup from the copper kettle in winter and colourful salads in summer.

In the evening, we serve a four-course menu with a choice of dishes, plus homemade bread from the buffet. A 'Get togheter' on Friday with an aperitif is followed by
highlights in six courses from our gourmet kitchen.

We serve our hotel guests a four to six-course menu in the parlours or on our terrace. Regional, with local vegetables, garden salad, wild herbs. Fish from Strassner waters, meat from the village butcher, heartily served.

The Blaue Ofenstube is furnished with pine-panelled walls, pictures of saints and statues and has already been voted one of the most beautiful parlours in Tyrol. Here you will find our breakfast buffet in the morning.

This parlour is dedicated to St. Ambrose, the patron saint of beekeepers - which is why we use many honey products in the house. The handmade emerald green floor tiles and, of course, the beautiful stove are particularly unique.

This parlour was completely renovated in 2023. The old walls were painstakingly exposed, the architecture reduced to a minimum and furnished with white soaped spruce, the traditional parlour wood. The rear parlour is designed like a chapel, with the ancient wooden cross at the centre. There are four intimate tables here, ideal for small parties or special table reservations.
