Rakesh was born in India into a family that has practised yoga and Ayurveda for generations. He has been passing on various yogic relaxation techniques, which he inherited from his father and great-grandmother, in his courses and lectures since 1983.
Karin, who is married to yoga teacher Rakesh Nanda, has been practising yoga since 1983 and advises women on various issues during the yoga sessions.
