Terms and Conditions for Voucher Sales

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of vouchers via the website of
Hotel Strasserwirt GmbH,
Strassen, 9918 Osttirol, Austria
(hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).

 

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded once the ordering process has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.
After receipt of payment, the voucher will be sent to the customer electronically by e-mail or – if selected – by post.

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and include the statutory value-added tax.
Payment is made online by credit card via the payment service provider Global Payments.

 

4. Vouchers

Vouchers are transferable and valid for 2 years from the date of issue, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions in Austria, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Cash redemption of vouchers is not possible.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 18 (1) item 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal, as the voucher qualifies as digital content and is made available immediately after conclusion of the contract.
A refund is therefore excluded unless an individual agreement to the contrary has been made.

 

6. Redemption of Vouchers

Vouchers may be redeemed subject to availability.
Vouchers may also be applied to existing bookings.

 

7. Liability

The Hotel accepts no liability for the loss, theft or misuse of vouchers.

 

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Lienz, insofar as legally permissible.

11. Severability Clause
